Once you are in our homeownership program, you will have to complete 250 hours of volunteer work ("sweat equity") with us. You must also save money to cover the first year of taxes and insurance for the home, attend classes to prepare you for homeownership, and pay past-due debts down to $0 before closing on your home. The program typically takes 18 months to complete. You must also be willing to live where we build. Are you ready to take these steps?(Required)
Are you interested in living on the West Bank or in Orleans Parish? You may check both boxes.
